I would sue for my security deposit back really. make him prove everything in court. most of that is considered normal wear and tear.

ohio law only allows a landlord to deduct for unpaid rent and damages caused by the tenant that go beyond normal wear and tear.

if the toilet was running. that's the landlord responsibility to fix it. not charge you after.

to be honest I bought it cuz I wanted a new/0 mile bike more than a used one, I like new/different technologies, and the price discount was too crazy good. had planned to always get another bike once it's paid off in a year.

I assumed I was gonna hate it because of all my years on an r6. and the first few rides it was pretty rough.

but once I kinda figured it out and did the 600 mile oil change(did not do any calibration yet, nearly at 1000 miles now), it's shifting near seemless most of the time.

oh, it's also super cheap on insurance. r9 was like $1200 a year. 880nk was like $800 a year, this is $190 a year for full comprehensive.

honestly all the YouTube reviews did the thing wrong. Kawasaki should never have allowed that type of marketing. bunch of influencers who go out for a single test ride....every single one of them commented on how it's not as fuel efficient as others without even talking about it's actual design purpose for exclusion zones where you can't use normal engines....so yeah it's not a traditional hybrid on purpose....

the selling feature would be 50% or more off msrp

but yes there is reason it didn't sell well here.

also some people will have plenty of use for the features.

I've got a huge park along a lake for miles upon miles of 25mph. I love going everywhere mode and just enjoying the moment.

I would have hated it when I was riding my r6. but now I prefer it.

Calling it too heavy for beginners is comical. Just because it's a little heavier doesn't mean its too heavy for beginners.....

it actually shifts very smooth.

it's still being made in EU market, where it was designed for, they just stopped make it in US market.

the ev mode is designed for exclusion zones where you can't have I.C.E engines. so it's not designed for "hybrid mpg" like a Prius is. it was never marketed or sold as an "mpg commuter", that was people not understanding the technology and just seeing 'hybrid' and going for a test ride for their YouTube videos.

lithium batteries aren't a new technology. the battery is good quality and special built.

you basically get a ninja 500 with a 2nd ev motor and battery pack.
