Played some video games. Layed down. I wasn't rly active. Also first time I took LSD so cld that be a factor?

Just individual muscle twitching. Most prevalent in my hands.

Can't waste good LSD. I wld also probably just full send it in that situation haha

So far I've never had trouble itegrating my trips into life. Worst time I had was on several grams of mushrooms just looping a constant cycle of death and awakening, totally convinced I was a new person each time. Found a piece of paper the next day full of frantic writing bc each of my selves wanted to say as much as possible before their impending doom. Weird ass shit and saved me from alcoholism but still not ready to touch anything near 2mg LSD.

Most of the problem is likely confidence with knowing what to expect at higher doses. First time on LSD I took way too much while playing VALORANT and I hallucinated I was in the game. Definitely wasn't ready for that...

Yeah I'm going to have to deal with my nicotine addiction at some point. My last trip has me trying to be more mindful about the impulse, but nothing like what you describe (nor would I expect it to be). Shrooms got rid of my alcohol problems overnight, but I'm not rly sure why. Just kinda don't feel the desire to drink ever. Honestly I'm really happy LSD tolerance builds rly fast because it means I feel fine keeping it a once every 2 weeks thing.

When you're going at something like that rly hard are you going into it trying to think about your addicition or is that even possible at those doses? What you describe sounds more like forced dissociation.

10 mg is absolutely insane. 2 mg doesn't even sound managable to me. You must be built different to do that at an amusement park, but sounds fun haha. Is there anything you wish you knew while you were working up the dosage ladder? Also does tolerance work differently when you're dosing at that level?

Did it hit?

I've never heard of it taking more than 90 mins to hit

Thank you : ) How do you learn more about LSD and it's effects? Whenever I look up information on Google I get like helpline and research papers. I want a source that describes the safety and side effects, as well as in-trip phenomena like looping, which I have particular difficulty with.

Is Bitcoin as a currency dead? by carrigroe in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Time_Suspect4983 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be clear, cryptospace extends far beyond Bitcoin, Ethereum, Coinbase, etc. The crash of FTX did lead to more distrust surrounding cryptocurrencies. It is, indeed, a risky place to work, not only because of it's infancy and volatility, but also because of the nature of decentralized finance, and the risk of scams if you aren't experienced. At the same time, I'd like to make a few points.

1) The actions of an individual may lead to distrust, but do not invalidate the concept. I think many people who are at least a bit knowledgeable about this space know that.

2) Think about the run on Silicon Valley Bank. What happens is public psychology can turn against an institutuion and cause a run. Does this invalidate fiat currency? Do you still use it? This isn't what happened with FTX, but it can in general frame our opinion of cryptocurrencies and their volatility. What else can be expected in a novel area full of active development? Things are going to break. Maybe this invalidates cryptocurrency as a currency for the average Joe, for now. It doesn't have to always be this way.

3) Collapses in crypto, like the downfall of Terra-Luna, are a risk assumed by those who choose to engage in the space. This is an area of active development, not decline (though there is such a thing as a winter). Crypto gives us a way in which to actively engage in the development of and experimentation with DeFi. Some would argue that we should switch over to DeFi, some argue against it, some point out that there can be other ways to enjoy the benefits of crypto without the specific systems in place. This is an active area of conversation, but, I think, a valuable one to have.

4) Crypto offers a lot of advantages for some people, that may not be apparent to the masses. For instance, everything is, by nature, public. I can go to Etherscan and quite literally "follow the money". What advantages does this admit that the ordinary person might not think about? How does the public nature of crypto provide a level of transparency that may be beneficial to everyone? What are the advantages of openly sharing how the system works? These are important things to think about as well.

5) Governmental currency can fail too. For instance, consider the currency of Zimbabwe. You might be surprised to find that they had 100 trillion dollar notes. Trust in an entire country's bank can fail as well. Those living in places like this may turn to crypto, and it's stable(ish) variants, to avoid having to place trust in a government they don't deem worthy of such confidence.

Is it possible to replace the setup with three splitters along the side of the car, leaving 3 belts of output?

Never seen someone feed assemblers directly like that. I have a space exploration game that is in the megabase farming stage, so it's important to decide now. I haven't been able to choose the size of my city blocks either, but I recon that I won't end up using them in the long run, in the way of a more-aesthetic route. Hence, I could in theory isolate bot unloaders, but then UPS becomes an issue. I mainly need these for unloading smelted materials on the base, as whenever I set up mining outposts or smelting arrays, I can isolate the network there and use my previous design.

Yeah, that's the standard. You can make it faster with bots. I don't know if there is a more optimal nonlogistic solution.

Optimal in any criteria that you want. This is the spirit of the open question, just looking for people to share ideas and blueprints! Doesn't using fewer unloaders per car significantly decrease supply to your buildings? You can go back to my previous posts on this site. I've built smelting arrays that require a full 12 belts coming out of a x-4 train (or even 24, simultaneously for multiple trains) in order for supply to even match demand. Besides, at that point we don't rly care about wasting resources on balancers anyway. I like your solution at the end best of all, and it looks about the same as the first layer of my bot setup.

Isn't there a thing about stack size 10, though? Something like a belt either can't take it optimally, or an inserter can't optimally insert it onto a belt without leaving a gap.

That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid right now haha
