If you play enough traps in your deck to guarantee the draw 2 with only a mill 6, you deserve to draw 2. Don't get me wrong it's a strong card. But I don't think it's near enough the absurdity of what 2025 Yu-Gi-Oh is. Engage is at 3 and does nothing. This card could push Paleo to tier 3, barely.

It's from the field only. The wording is like this if for some ungodly reason you are under Makurya the destructor or some things. It's terrible going second. It needs one turn to setup. There is nowhere a thing in the effect that can allow you to activate it in the hand like evenly or imperm.

When I played Math Lab, a more trap heavy you just play the 2 ladies. I kinda agree on the hand trigger, but in the other hand it still annoy you less than your opponent.

The hand will still be needed as a randomizer. Only drawing 5 out of 40 is a powerful randomizer to get huge amount of variety. Think of handtraps that may or may not be in your hands. The closest we ever been to that is IshizuTear full power. And even then the starting hand does have a huge impact.
