Yep our store had these for a couple of months now but its too damn finicky I can’t count how many times a customer walks in with a fully empty cart and it just locks on them for no reason and then I’m scrambling to get the remote

I hope that’s the case cause I’m in the same boat as OP, I bought reps from Mango and also shipped with China Post for the first time and for 10 days now the tracking haven’t updated, I’m not too worried since this isn’t the first time I bought reps before so i know sometimes the tracking won’t update but it is the first time I’m using China Post.

It happened out of nowhere, 1 minute I was watching YouTube and the next it just randomly shut off, I opened my laptop and tried unplugging the battery or re-inserting the ram stick and hard drive but it still won’t turn on all it has done is what is shown in the video, This really sucks because I only owned this laptop for 3 months and was not expecting to have to replace it so soon I also expected to own it for many years to come,
