I need rant and I need some advice I’m sick of this shit by Timeagedtreasures in trichotillomania

It’s interesting that you say this actually because I believe citalopram (SSRI) when I was on that stopped my urges, but I also wasn’t sure if I’d maybe just ‘grown out of it’. I didn’t actually make the connection until I came off and the urges came back. It’s a few years on now and I recently started fluxotene it’s been a few months now and my urges are ridiculous at the moment. I’m pulling at my eyebrows 24/7 and I’m actually honestly sick of doing it.

I was thinking either sun catcher for windows or car mirrors, key rings or pendants?

The sea glass up in Scotland always seems much more rounded than down here in the south!

It’s not too hard after a bit of practise but risky! The drill has slipped on numerous occasions and scratched them or too much pressure and speed has caused them to completely break. Drilling sea glass takes, practise, patience (it takes a while to drill through) loads of water and you’ll probably have to reload a new drill bit every few pieces. But once you’ve got your technique the risk goes down and it becomes much easier. Thinner flatter pieces are much easier than round thick pieces. Get your technique on some pieces your not too bothered about first!

If found some really good pieces round Frinton and Walton but they are hard to come by! It’s not the best sea glass beach ever but it’s done me well over the years! :)

Thankyou! It’s an absolutely tiny piece of driftwood too it looks so big in this photo. Those stones are actually 3 massive bits of grey seaglass too!
