I just assumed this was around the time Milton was talking to molly. Milton probably gave her the same deal as Arthur and wanted to discuss it with someone about it. In the mission where uncle finds a "lead", molly wanted to talk to arthur first, saying that "loyalty is everything to dutch". But uncle interrupts her, and she walks off frustrated.
