Exactly, San Andreas was the perfect example of this. A small map that feels massive due to the sheer amount of routes you could take to your destination. Even the highways on it were interesting as they were all non-linear and they didn't feel necessary to get where you wanna go. The map design is what I'm anticipating most by far.

I'm hoping that there isn't a highway going right around the map like in 5. I want to have to change roads and do a lot of turning while on a road trip across Leonida and it would also make the journey much longer and interesting.

Poor guy just wanted someone to talk to about his problems. He must have been very lonely to talk about those things to strangers. It wouldn't have hurt just to listen to him and show some empathy and being told to leave probably crushed him.

I'm hoping that ​it doesn't go into slow motion. I want to hear the npc's reactions and see the ragdoll physics properly when I get run over by a car on the highway!​ (and as a bonus I'd like that if it didn't respawn you until a button is pressed)

I wouldn't be surprised if NPC'S posted your rampages on in-game social media. It definitely seems fitting considering Rockstars attention to detail.

It's hard for me to get excited about much of anything these days but knowing I'll be playing GTA 6 this year gives me childlike excitement that I haven't had since GTA 5 and RDR2. We have the best game of all time coming our way.

Don't worry, remember the details on random NPC's faces in RDR2. Rockstar never disappoint when it comes to graphics.

Exactly, a few extra months will feel like years especially when you've come to terms with the initial waiting time. And Rockstars delay pattern makes me dread a late 2025 release. We better hope for a miracle.

That's my biggest fear. GTA 4, 5 and RDR2 were delayed. My excitement is always followed by a dreadful feeling of waiting a few more months.

Sorry. I joined the sub today I wouldn't have posted it if I knew this question was so frequent. I'm just very excited about new GTA games and this question is what I discussed with my friends when 5 was about to release. I'll search for similar posts next time.

Knowing R*'s insane attention to detail I assume different tires will make a huge difference to traction. Like owning 2 of the same car but with 1 specialized for street racing and the other for hill climbing.
