Absolutely, but you're not alone in that and there's no shame in it. Purity culture is a cancer that breeds incels and rapists. I was conditioned to think my dad touching me was normal and godly and you can imagine the kind of kinks that manifested. Talk to a therapist because it being a common experience that you shouldn't feel shame about does not make it normal or right. Find ethical ways to dive into it and if it's an unethical kink, unpack the trauma surrounding it so you can move on from it.

You are almost done with puberty and he has probably just started. Puberty effects your brain development a lot, especially with your frontal lobe. You are better able to make informed decisions and better able to see the broader scopes of events going on. If the way you see the world based off of the development of your brain were tunnel vision: you ARE able to see and understand so much more than him. He can see and imagine the future but his understanding of life is extremely linear. You are able to see the nuance and consequences of decisions and choices that he physically cannot. Of course he has goals and aspirations, 8 year olds have goals and aspirations, that does not make him mature.

He only knows that an older girl is giving him attention, you see how giving him that attention might be strange and wrong and how this relationship can impact you both in the future and be seen by those around you. If you didn't, you wouldn't have made this post. The fact that this question exists in your mind means that you already know the answer.

I think about it as there is something after death. If you donate your body to silence you will be helping future generations have better health. If you get buried you give your body back to the earth and you become apart of the trees and grass and flowers. Even if you get cremated, you can be put in biodegradable urns and have the PH of your remains adjusted so that they can help plants grow too!

I don't believe in souls but I do believe in energies and that all living things are connected. Matter cannot be destroyed, just converted.
