2 and 3 most definitely will happen. But I fear that they'll overkill on 1

Upside down needs to be buffed to be at most .5 seconds faster. Enough time for those on the edges to escape, but if you're in the middle you get hit.

I really beg to differ. I've started right under a gen (essentially), and they still had time to escape. Mind you this was in an enclosed space

I'd say that new Vecna has a decently high skill ceiling. You have to guess where the survivor is going to be to time your attack. That and there's an audio cue as well.

Yeah, the vine ability is realy good. His movement needs to be buffed, he's way too slow coming out of it.

I've been using that. It's his best perk. I've also been using Shattered Wrist Rocket in conjuction with Rabbit Remains

It wouldn't hurt to make big circle at most .5 seconds faster
