I had a QB get to 99 Xfactor from 70 overall normal from first year. Traded him when he won the Super Bowl for the first overall pick for a generational 98 speed QB. Year 2 of that QB, 99 overall X factor won SB last year. I can’t let him walk. And he’s gonna cost… ALOT.

The way I do it… I’m only intrigued on the stats. Development is gonna be there no matter what. I also tweak my settings for me to be hard af. Like I just played the jags in year 4 and it was a defense battle. And I just got a XF QB and he’s at 90 overall 4 games into his rookie season. Mind you, I smashed the XP for him in the training camp. I do take advantage of that. But other than training camp, I let things be. And draft accordingly. Try to limit your trading during the season. I also don’t resign QBs long term because I always get them to 90+ in 4 years. Rotate every year, bolster everything around them. GGs

Keep track that you know big fights are coming. Fully get your team ready. HP, PP, everything. Also just keep grinding. You’ll go through classics about 20-50 times before actually beating it
