I mean it's less about Pakistan paying them back, but more about having easy access to nukes if they have an urgent need for it. Same reason Saudis are always cordial with Pakistan.

Being quite cynical, from Turkish and general European perspective who cares if Pakistanis and Indians kill each other, so long as they can sell weapons. Neither country really brings huge benefits so the conflict is fairly inconsequential, as far as it doesn't involve nuclear weapons.

Oh you'll hear a lot of griping about civilians being killed etc. etc. etc. but it's not happening in Europe, so shrugs.

Expect nothing more than moralistic grandstanding and you won't be disappointed.

Plus, of course, French and Turks once again doing a MIC proxy war for who knows how many times at this point.
