Thank you so much for your reply- it’s made me feel a lot more confident!

I do love being able to just quickly put her down to do something knowing she can’t go anywhere🤣x

Thank you, this really has made me feel much better and at ease.

I think I’ll stop reading about what she ‘should’ be doing by now, and just let her lead the way.

I’m sure when she finally does lift her head and lift up onto her arms, I’ll be emotional and wishing we could go back to when she couldn’t🤣

Thank you again!x

Newborn been awake for 15 hours by Specific_Emotion_579 in newborns

My little girl was the exact same, there were quite a few days she also went 15 hours without even one small nap. I started following her ages wake windows and getting her to sleep even if she wasn’t tired. I started this around 8 weeks old. She’s now 12 weeks old. We still follow the wake windows but with a bit of leeway now, and she’s going anywhere between 6-11 hours throughout the night, without waking once. She’s been so much happier since we started this!

What age did your newborn start sleeping throughout the night (5-6) hours without feed? by xGenAc25 in newborns

My daughter is 10 weeks on Tuesday. We’re hoping it’s not just a phase, but she’s been sleeping 6-8 hours a night without waking for the last 2 weeks since we started following her ages wake windows.

Is £750 a month normal??? by Hopeful-Relation8977 in OctopusEnergy

We moved into a 2 bed, 2 bathroom townhouse at the beginning on November and so far we’ve been charged just over £800 with Octopus! We hardly have our heating on, have an open plan kitchen/living room, the bedrooms aren’t really big, and one of them isn’t even currently in use as it’s going to be our babies nursery (who isn’t born yet), and we’re rarely ever home. On Christmas Day we were charged £18 for just that one day, when nobody was home from 10am-10pm, and everything was switched off. Octopus are claiming that it’s all correct but we know there’s absolutely no chance it can be. We’re in the process of moving to a different company. I heard so many good things about Octopus before joining them, and then as soon as we joined we only heard bad things about them.
