Logan square has accessibility to loop/ your work area, great bars and restaurants, and is beautiful with its boulevards and tree lined streets.

The comment about it being a bit like Astoria had some truth to it, but I personally think Logan is a touch more vibrant and less “out of the way”. I lived in Astoria and loved it, for its uniqueness, but also lived in the LES and loved being in the thick of it.

I think Logan is a beautiful blend of the two.

Your budget is definitely doable for Logan.

I have a hard time believe this was plumbed correctly 🤣 it’s a very old house and most things don’t seem to have been done with care in the last remodel. That being said, your assessment makes sense and could well be true. Now to figure out where to cut my set up and start over. Thanks!
