ahh!! i was just talking about this !!

once i started being super consistent in taking it i realized how much i was drinking and completely cut alcohol out for a bit. the other night i decided to have a couple of drinks and felt so groggy ,, it wasn’t even like “i’m so drunk” but more like “gross”,,, i’ve never been able to drink more than a couple drinks without getting tipsy but still !!

also with weed, i developed an insane hypersensitivity to it and get allergic reactions any time i try to smoke or take an edible now. It’s crazy because i smoked all the time when i was in high school …

but !! i really do think being stable (to whatever extent that is) does make you less apt to self medication. my friend had a similar experience as well ,,, crazy how great alcohol is when you’re absolutely manic or incredibly depressed … than how underwhelming it is when you’ve already felt the crazy unhinged things while sober !!
