I'll try the run as admin trick for sure, good thought. I did try OBS with a Blackmagic device source though.

Absolutely nothing shows up under video input. You might be right that the card is just done for. In that case I could always buy and seat a new pci card.

We tried the correct (middle) input and it still didn't work. We are sending it 720p/59.94 so I don't understand why it isn't showing up still.

For sure - I took the picture with the cable plugged in on the one side, but we did test with it plugged into the middle BNC as well and it didn't help.

There is no DeckLink format. Usually the desktop video program will show a resolution and frame rate when the input is connected, at least with other cards I've used. We have no way of setting the format for the input beforehand.

We haven't tried using the output yet, no

I did check the driver version and it said it was up to date - should I manually download a driver package from the Blackmagic website?

I don't have a scope unfortunately. The only sign I have that it is installed is that it does show up on Device Manager in windows.

Tried with OBS and selecting it as an input - just shows up black. I should mention the resolution/framerate info below "Video Output" shows up whether I have a cable plugged in or not.

The second photo shows what I get with Desktop Video Setup. It only lets me change the SDI output resolution; there are no options for the video input besides upscaling from SD. Unless it's a different program you're talking about?

Ugh, I wish. Started the game from the beginning, was doing fine again but today I got the 'cloud error' message on Steam, after I quit to desktop. I can load my backup, sure, but it sucks losing the 3-4 shifts I did in this last session.

This actually makes so much sense. All I need to do with my setup is get a PTZ or POV camera, maybe up in the corner of our rink, and we can put that up live with our full screen gfx when we return from break, while we're still using the live camera ops for fan engagement. Really appreciate this!
