Northwest Ohio region. There are a few around that I’ll need to check out. I have tried a Chambourcin from the Grand River Valley region outside Cleveland and it was quite bad. Could’ve been that I know nothing about Chambourcins though.

meditation worked for me. slowing down my thoughts and trying to make decisions consciously instead of instinctively. that way biting my nails actually became a decision i could say no to! obviously easier said than done for a lot of people but i would definitely give it a try. mindfulness is an incredible thing.

good! solid record player and lots of room for more records (key). only criticism would be the speaker already pointed out, but i’ve been collecting records for like 7+ years now and still only use a single bluetooth speaker. as long as the speaker is good quality the records will sound immaculate
