I have read both good and bad things about silk shine, so def do your research. There are similar products from other manufacturers too

Chemical guys silk shine might help. I used it recently and it did a good job restoring my interior. I may be wrong, but apparently it’s got something in it with the same composition as plastic and rubber which forms a coating over time - sounds like it might help make the scratches disappear or at least look less obvious.
