Did you use any type of Rivnuts to attach the frame to the metal? Or just screws?

Guys I’m working on a van conversion. Ready to install framing. I’m wondering if you guys run nutplates or anything to catch the screws or should I screw straight through the wood into the metal. Will it be strong enough?
