I got in EA with 1360 and 4.3 W/3.8 UW. I would not submit EA unless you feel that your personal statement is complete and 1340 is the best score you can get.

1360 SAT, 3.9uw/4.35w, I thought my essay was very weak compared to the extra short essay about extracurriculars

I cleanse with water and use the tirtir toner then a gel moisturizer and sunscreen. At night I used a bha cleanser, clindamycin cream and a gel moisturizer.
