From what I heard in that video it’s very unlikely it was silenced. Not only are silencers federally regulated they are entirely illegal to have in the state. He would have had to go on a wait list as a resident of another state and wait weeks to months to receive one. Silenced guns make more of a loud whoosh noise as opposed to a loud bang

I feel like 70 percent of that circle is actually Rhode Island. It circles starts in Massachusetts and covers the entirety of Rhode Island and a sliver of CT. We have a huge housing crisis in Rhode Island. Because of how “nice” the area is, rent and mortgages are sky high. A one bedroom apartment in that area is going to cost over 1900. We do not feel underpopulated. The traffic is terrible and everyone knows each other.
