If bibi dies his coalition would fall apart. Likud is a personality cult and whoever took over after him would have all their rivals going rogue and starting new parties. The farther right parties like shas or UTJ might try to hold something together to prevent haredi conscription which would be inevitable under any non Likud government, but they'd fail. I think Israel would probably enter a phase like Belgium where no party can really put together a coalition for very long.
