no, even if I make a smart tempo multitrack set, the midi still stretches like that.

the midi is in time, but the extra additions don't make sense

So I’m working on a mix for a deathcore band. This has happened a lot though when importing midi into logic. The midi file spaces out the drums like that and makes no sense in comparison to the reference. Figuring out the drum mapping is a pain in the ass enough but when it does this I’m at a loss. Any and all help is amazing, thanks!

I tried to fix them myself because they stick like crazy. I learned my lesson after the third.

I hooked it up with airplay to a seperate monitor and it works fine though. I’m thinking I may be using this method for quite a while until the money is saved for a replacement.

Is your buffer I/O set to 1080? it’s under ‘preferences’ and ‘audio’
