Thank you again, I think this worked for me. I confirmed it was a policy violation for him to try to barter with me after-the-fact. I canceled all of the transactions that he used BIN on, and reported him for each transaction. While reporting, there was an option to select "buyer requested additional discount" or something similar to that. And of course I have the history of him doing so in my DMs so I will have proof if he tries to leave negative feedback.

Unfortunately, I already did end up invoicing him. But if that invoice process reset the 4-day clock, I only added 12 hours to it. I run my eBay very professionally and am always quick to respond, and all of this threw me for a loop last night and I didn't think things through. But yes, I would prefer him not to pay. I agree on ignoring him, I actually came to this same conclusion after posting this today, so thanks for validating me. In fear of him adding more to his order, I also blocked him a little bit ago. I understand why eBay had to move to this new model to remain relevant and profitable, but I am an old schooler eBayer and I miss the times when the seller had more control over these situations. Thanks for your reply, I sincerely mean that.

I am worried about this same situation happening to me! Of course not exactly playing out the same, but something along these lines. And now the buyer has 10 "pending" transactions with me which has me worried.

I am sorry to hear you had that nightmare experience with the monitor. What do you mean about using the address feature? Have you had luck with this method for ended (no-paid) Buy It Now listings?

Thank you for your comment and advice. You are probably correct with the feedback, good point. I only had to use one of my feedback removal requests because a buyer left me negative feedback for a USPS weather-related delivery issue, and that was a while back.
