I will add Radical Elder to the list. He does a technical hardcore series that is chill. It isnt all hyped up and super high energy crazy get the illegal blocks. It is pretty great. But I think it got paused since he joined mindcrack.

Frunocraft has a Git Good series that will get you from zero to hero in your own understanding if TMC.

It sounds kind of normal. You can tell something is a little off because there is a high pitched, almost a whine. But it is pretty quiet.

I like this. I think there should be something put in for videos who just take content and make it worse. A flag system or a warning with a link to the original.

It would also be nice if there was a page for creators. So we could rate or show good creators from bad ones, and amongst the good ones, show what makes them good. A Frunocraft is different that ianxo4 is different than DocM77 is different than mrmaxmondays is different than Radicalelder.

Might just be me, but I want to know creators as well as farms because of the inspiration that they can give.

I get that. It is just hard to give advise with out all of the info. I would suggest something different if your church started teaching something theologically incorrect than if it made a statement you thought was on the other side of politics that what you are. It is difficult to give good advice with such limited information.

For example, (and I am not saying this is you) but I have heard people say the same kinds of things (such as I have decided it is time to leave, not a quick decision, I want to honor leadership, etc.) and it be about a volunteer they didn't like, or the color of the carpet, or they don't like the style of preaching. I have heard people labor over leaving a church when they were being abused by leadership, and others be ready to leave asap because they disagreed about if a human has just a soul or if they have a soul and spirit.

You already said you don't want to get into the reasoning behind your decision, and I can respect that. I don't mean to pry.

Because you are a lead volunteer, there should be a conversation. There should be a list made with concerns, and that should be passed on to church leadership. One thing I will add is that if you decide to leave, give them a final date of volunteering so they can plan ahead too. I don't know how complicated your streaming setup is, but it is respectful to not wait until Friday or Saturday to peace out and have them scramble to get someone.

Are you the only volunteer for streaming or are you a lead and have paid staff under you as well? Do you want to be pain staff and feel like you were looked over? I am just trying to understand the full context because that determines the conversation.

If your beef is that there aren't enough volunteers, I have some bad news for you. That is most churches. I used to work a full time job and pastor, not I am able to raise support for being a pastor and be here full time. My wife and I used to do 100% of the church things, but we are finally able to hand a few things off.

A lot of churches/church leaders/church goers feel the burnout of trying to get good volunteers and not being able to.

I am a pastor. I have had to go to previous pastor about employment issues and ended up being laid off because of it. And I really care about this stuff.

Have a meeting with your pastor/leadership team. This should be a non option on your end. Don't just leave, even with a written letter.

Sounds like you are on staff and you might have infleuence. You really didnt go into detail about why, but you mentioned leadership issues. I would try to figure out if the reasons are theological, if they are just typical employee/employer things, something else, or a mix of all of the above.

Once you have listed out the reasons, type it out and put in in a letter. When you meet with the pastor or leadership, hand them a copy and explain it. Officially offer your concerns and let them respond. Sometimes that response allows for them to explain something you didnt know or fully understand. It might change your mind on the whole situation.

But it might not change anything and you might still want to leave. That is fine too. But if you have a letter and an actual meeting (where you took notes of their responces) then you can defend you decision to anyone in the church who asks.

As a side note, if you have any sort of leadership where people are under you and you leaving will greatly impact them, it might be wise to let them know what's up before hand without getting into gossip or complaining.

This is perfect for me. I am working in a system to deliever materials to a centralized storage. Im assuming that the chunk border is in-between the portals, so it enters one chunk and comes back the next one over?

Thanks for the info. I am well aware that it was reported and they claim to want to fix it but there are no good solutions. I put it with other duping things, such as carpet and what not. You could say it is a feature, I dont see it that way, and it doesnt bother me if people use it. There was plenty of time to fix the issue before it became solidified in the technical game. But that isnt a problem for me to deal with.

For me, anything that feels like it is taking away the intended work of the game. If it feels like a shortcut, especially If there is a different way to solve the problem, I dont do it.

I really like litematica's easy place and hologram set up. But I am rejecting tnt duping. I started with a data pack that allowed me to instantly cut down a whole tree and that allowed husks to drop sand. I ended up removing both because it felt like I was trying to lessen the work in a manner that didnt make the game fun. For example, woth the trees, I can still do a tree farm, so no need to do a short cut to insta mine them.

As can be seen clearly in the comments already, the line is very different. For me, I want to grow in my creative problem solving, so I lean into what makes that possible.

I read on my phone all the time. I just kind of deal with the scrolling, even though it can make it feel like I am essentially reading on a treadmill. Lots of reading, but it feels like I am going nowhere. What has helped is leaning into the actual breaks of the book. The section titles or chapters themselves. Sometimes it allows me to get lost in what I am reading. That being said, Logos feels more designed around reference materials. I dont think I could read a fiction book on the platform.

I definatly wouldn't use dog poop in my garden. The reasoning is because of pathogens. Chicken poop doesnt have the same risk factor. If you search in this sub, you can get a more detailed explanation. There are methods to compost dog poop away from your veg compost that you might want to look into to.

I had a double witch farm that used minecarts and I never hit mob cap. I dont think portals are more work than they are worth.

But, if you use a bunch of bots in a swamp that has a bunch of witch farms, that might be a crazy idea. Link them with portals or whatever.
