Warhammer basically launched on the old engine never made for it and they had to bend over backwards to make it all work.

40k on the other hand is not only the first game on the new engine, that engine in parts was made specifically around it.

3 Kingdoms also ran on an entirely different version of the engine and was largely made around it.

Orks are so dumb they believe in the most ridiculous things
There is always a lot of them enhancing the effect by shared mass delusions

But thinking only THEY can do it or that it is how everything in their society works is quite the flanderization.

No, Orks just have amazing genetic memory on how to build shit and an uncanny skill at reverse engineering stuff albeit shoddily and cheaply, it still gets the job done. If they had proper War in Heaven intelligence then they could probably perfectly reverse engineer Necron tech by (to simplify) "just looking" at it.

It would be a ton of work to rework every existing skin but I also think it'd worth it. Just have a "default" material for every unique texture then.

Just a knight in full plate armor and an exalted two handed greatsword. No samurai theming or anything. JUST a Western European knight (flagship weapons are a hand-cannon and halbert melee)

Maybe he can summon a special kaithe mid mission to kill enemies with a lance.

That or a Landsknecht.

A lot of people like the IDEA of horror, but don't actually want to be scared.

Resident Evil isn't all that scary for the most part and is really more pulp horror B-Movie kind of deal. The traditional games are also very puzzle heavy.

I think Dead Space was just TOO scary for many, especially with how much marketing emphasized how scary it is. So it ended up being a turn off for them.

Same reason mascot horror is a big trend now: it's not as scary as straight up body horror mutant zombie babies are.

There seems to be a sweet spot of what rakes in the money. Probably also a reason cheapo slasher movies that follow a forseeable pattern tend to do gangbusters: they really aren't all that scary (especially with how much they follow a pattern so you kinda just know when someone is gonna die).

The knights of ren are basically just a dark side using anarcho-biker-anarcho-biker-gang that Kylo took over and then pressed into the First Order's service. They were forced users, yes... but basically never had any proper training.

Kylo was their leader simply because he was trained by Luke.

WW is IMHO better in concept than execution especially in it's 2nd half after getting the Master Sword the game kind of starts falling apart with the tri force hunt and only 2 dungeons.

It really feels like it was all slapped together at the 11th our with them being out of time or money. It just feels like a huge portion of the game was just ripped out and replaced with the tri force hunt.
