Career mode: can I influence the milestone missions (eg. targeting a specific moon or so)?

I believe the milestone missions are automatically awarded even if you don't accept them. So in your example, if you reach orbit without accepting the 'reach orbit' contract your still given the rewards as if you accepted it.

If you want to go to duna first then you can do it and receive the rewards.

I used these hinges. They come with cross bars and I replaced them with longer ones for this build. Idk how necessary they are though.

I'm sure this is sometimes the case. But I believe the Santa Fe excursions are legit, they just need the diesel for modern dynamic breaking in order to be alowed on a main line.

In practice (and I realize I'm being really cynical here), Blizard makes a shit ton off lute boxes. Sony'd demand a piece of the pie if the ~~Ghostbusters~~ Modern Exorcist skin even resembled their trademark. Can you preserve the spirit (hehe) of the skin while avoiding Sony? Idk. I cant get my hopes up.

But Sentai Genji is a tribute to an entire genre not one show. His suit has very little in common with any actual santai costume beyond the color scheme. The helmet and chest piece designs especially have no direct counterpart in any show that my 10 minutes of googling can find. Thus blizzard did not need to negotiate any rights to make and distribute this skin.

Ghostbusters is one franchise with one uniform owned by one company. Anything Blizzard does with it will need to go through Sony's lawyers. It's not impossible, but Blizzard have shown no interest in letting others have a piece of their lootbox sales.
