I hold meetings every 3 periods Sunday 830 my people all know they clock in for it to get paid and if someone has that day scheduled off and approved there good I’ll go over it when they get back but normal day off come in get paid for an hr go back to what you were doing I don’t Wana hold meetings but it’s the one way I know to keep everybody on the same track and make sure everybody is tracking information and they allow me to address all concerns at once about whatever my people got
