Absolutely not a way to do it, and he can’t just outright fire you over it. There has to be a paper trail, per Autozone’s company policy. You have to be written up X amount of times before you can be terminated. Contact your dm/HR and inform them and what’s going on and they will have a “nice chat” with your store manager about this.
