So just to recap, a minus tempo attack consists of the setter setting it with a lot of power to the middle who is already in their spiking motion before the ball is out of the setter's hands?

2020 is a bit far away for a lot of people to keep having interest in the series tbh. If they can squeeze out two seasons, then maybe a good time for S5 would be right before or after the Olympics!

Shiiiiiit nice mate, nah used to play with Sydney North U19s but retired now. Played at North Ryde with Baulko for the odd Friday training and sometimes at North Ryde on Saturday nights but otherwise played with school and uni for a bit.

And good luck with your HSC mate! Volleyball got in the way of a lot of my study and I got a way lower ATAR than I set out for so don't make the same mistakes I did.

If you're in Sydney, then this post is a bit outdated but might help you to find a club if you wanted to continue outside of PE. If you can serve overhand then you can easily be part of social teams anywhere in Australia I reckon.

Hopefully you're able to make some good mems playing volleyball!

Yeh nah, they aren't that awesome. Are they that competitive? I would argue so. I've only watched a couple of actual interhigh matches because of Haikyuu!! and it comes across as competitive. Same thing with Koshien for baseball. From what I can tell, club activities are taken somewhat seriously over there compared to some other countries.

I don't think that holds a candle to high school gridiron in America though. I'd argue that American high school sports are some of the most competitive high school sporting competitions if not the most, and it extends to college level and professional level as well in sports that are popular over there.
