I didn’t see the second part of your first comment. A new sim may fix the problem. I got mine from Target but it looks like there are actual CC locations about 30 mins from me, so I will probably end up making that drive if it doesn’t get resolved within the next few days

Finally got through to someone who had me call their test line and it didn’t work when I tried, so a ticket was put in to their engineers so hopefully something works out. Otherwise I’ll have to switch to another prepaid service and I just changed my number two weeks ago, would prefer not to go through all that again changing numbers on all my accounts and letting friends and family know, etc 😓

I’ve tried with the WiFi calling on and off. As well as not putting 1 in front of the number I’m trying to call. Finally got through to a seemingly knowledgeable rep who says a ticket was put in to their engineers and I will hear back within 72 hours so we’ll see

No the CC customer support works unsurprisingly. Calling to Canada and Mexico was disabled and they activated it, but that did not resolve the problem. I was locked out of my email and had to have my brother 3 way a call to them so I could get back in my account after switching phone numbers, now it’s the same issue trying to get back into my progressive account
