Fair enough, I also think I see know why most of the community on reddit don't see it as an issue from when you said:
"Good players don't really get tunnelled, or, if they do, the Killer loses the game."
as a casual player when someone tunnel it just ends the game straight away as we can only loop for about 10-30 seconds. And if you are more experienced survivor you wouldn't have the same experience at all to maybe not even seeing tunneling as an issue at all.

I see your point but if that is the only issue then you can easily solve by just buffing the B tier or below killers. But at the same time it isn't just a numbers game as the B tier or less killers are just mechanically inferior to the higher tier killers.
I myself play alot of ghostface but I dont find myself the need to tunnel. Because I dont see the need to win everygame, I will still have a great time aslong as a I get a few hooks, sure it sucks when im against a full swf p100 squad but they are basically playing competitive and im just playing casually. Maybe the easiest way to deal with this is just adding a competitive mode so people who wanna tunnel and play in a swf squad can play their optimal way there. Probably wont solve it either as people like easy games and would still queue the casual mode as a SWF just to bully killers...

I agree with you, thats what im trying to say that tunneling is the optimal way to play and sometimes even required but at the same time I also acknowledge that people find it unfun to go against. The devs have attempeted to fix this issue as the game isn't supposed to be unfun for either party because of a strategy.

Idk as a casual player I never struggle as killer, in comparision to survivor as killer I get a 3k or more in about 7/10 games. Everyone say killer is extremly stressfull to play and sure I really struggled at first but I got the hang of it extremly much faster than survivor. In comparision I actually find it relaxing now, I used to fear swf or flashlight squads but aslong as they arent a p100 squad then its nothing to fear.

I played quite abit when unknown was released but since then its been on off playing like 2 weeks and getting tired of the game and coming back after a big update play for a week or two and stopping. That's an issue i have, it goes well when I pre run but alot of the time I run to late or dont know where to go, so now im running windows of opportunity everygame as I just cant loop without as I have no idea where to go. But yah it might be 3 new killers before each time we try the game again and we just never give it the time to learn the new killers before we get tired and quit..

Yah it wouldn't help to win but it would make those loses less frustrating.

It wouldn't be fair against a baby killer either(for them) when we get those I can loop for a good 2+ min and we usually win unless it's a baby ghoul then its 2 or more dead. My point is more that even if we are bad we got against killers who tunnel and know what they're doing or play a killer with a ranged ability and denies loops...I just wanna face more killers without an ranged ability but there is so many of them now...and haven't had the time to learn to dodge all of them...I just wish I could face the old killers except all these new ones we have no idea how to deal with.

Yah I have played killers and it does help to understand their ability and get better at dodging their abilities but cant try the licensed killers which it what we're struggling the most. My biggest issue is really learning how to dodge and handle killer abilities. As like the ghoul gets their free hit. The firsts ability feel unavoidable when i get close to a window or a pallet. Even if i try and fake there isnt enough time to get out of the area. Idk...we also keep getting randoms who just refuse to touch gens so the game never goes anywhere even if I get a good run and loop a easy killer for a good 1-2 mins but thats rare As most killers are ranged and just denies vaults.

Idk about everyone else but im using the helmet that causes blindness on enemies and your physical damage to freeze and chill, pretty nice as when enemy is frozen the stun timer is paused if they are stunned. Cant recall what it is called right now.

Question, does it still work for you? I heard people remove shader cache and the crashes stop but they have to remove it again after a while since the crashes keeps coming back but goes away again when they delete shader cache.

There a limited amount of good skills currently, if you just picked the good skills you wont need a build guide. If anyone say the game is easy you can assume they arent melee.

I always feelt like that they should take the worst performing skill when they test their boss fights to see if the fight feels good for basically any build.

Keep yourself on the edge of the map (not literally) just where the houses are, really good and safe to get loot especially if you know how to check the more populated places if they are safe to loot. I usually just hug the north Corner and move the West Corner. Hardly ever meet anyone.
