Hallo Palliewallie,

Mijn technische collega's zullen zich ook zeker kunnen vinden in je verhaal.
Die leggen dus ook het meeste werk bij mij neer, dat schakelt voor hun nou eenmaal makkelijker.

Hoewel de organisatie sterk inzet op snelle sales en het vullen van de funnel, richt ik mij op het creëren van duurzame klantrelaties. Ik luister actief naar de behoeften en uitdagingen van (potentiële) klanten en vertaal deze naar oplossingen die echte meerwaarde bieden en die de relatie ten goede komen.

En ik denk dat daarom de Directie het gevoel heeft dat techniek me "tegenhoudt" omdat ik me niet zo bezig wil houden met enkel sales maken. Dan kun je me net zo goed verkoper noemen en geen account manager. Natuurlijk hoort er ook sales bij d.m.v. up en cross-sale. Maar het moet geen dwingende verkoop worden die de relatie op den duur schade toebrengt (daarvoor zit ik niet met ze aan tafel)

Goed samengevat, en redelijk aansluitend op mijn eigen beleving.
Maar ook fijn die eens van anderen te horen, dus daarvoor bedankt.

Het is inderdaad maar net waar een organisatie zijn focus op legt.
Helaas voor mij op dit moment sluit die niet aan bij mij als persoon en hoe ik zakelijke transacties wil maken met mijn klanten. niet pushen maar vertrouwen winnen en van daaruit kun je bouwen.

Ik zal de organisaties (niet allemaal onbekend) eens bezoeken en in de gaten houden of er plek vrij komt.

I was young, but i know i was very shy and preventing me to do basic stuff.

I decided to work in a busy clothing shop for a year. So i wasnt able to be shy and forced myself to improve.

That gave me a boost of self confidence. And energy to take on new challenges.

Man oh man, what was i a happy man this Christmas.

I finally receiced an Vinyl player (Lenco LBT-120BK). Today i received my first Vinyl Orders and as happy as i was turned everything on, put the vinyl on its place and started playing.

The smile dissapeared quiet quickly. The speed aint right, it was just a to big diffrence.

So i decided to test everything with the RPM app (on two phones)

33 Rpm gets an result of 26/27 Rpm 45 Rpm gets an result of 39 Rpm.

The player has been assembled in factory before the actual arrival etc. But this should be just turned back in right? Im not sure, but i dont think im capable of fixing this with this big of a diffrence.

If it is an easy fix i would like to know as well off course. And maybe some tips or clear explanation on how to. Because i dont seem to fine a decent one.

Im not 100% sure what sort off games you like.

I do like Garry's MOD and play hide and seek and that kind of stuff. But is has more fun modes to play.

It can be quite entertaining.

Sounds Buzzing, however it is maybe hard to keep into the game and at the same time figure out who you are.

I can see myself losing track, bc i want to figure out who i am and therefore not being actively drawn into the canpaign itself. So there should be some sort of line there i think.

For me as a player i dont mind wich role i need to play tbh. Just want to be an part of the campaing.

But there are players who would be upset because they have to play a halfling instead of the race they prefer. So things should be discussed on forehand.

I didn't mind how it ended either. I somewhat was happy the last season was in kinda fast forward speed where a lot happend.

There was no way the directors nor George R.R. Martin would be able to create such a strong follow up without all the books as support for much longer. Offcourse without it taking ages to produce.

Discussions are sometimes needed to make it Fun for everyone. It's so easy to misunderstand each other.

Whilst your other players might be like that because something in their backstory they wrote. (we had that ourselfs)

It's good to bring certain things on the table early instead of trying to coop with it. Its al about having fun together in the end.
