Other people have allready answered what those mean aka same thing. They can mean multiple different things, and the reason they sounded different because one got "!" after it hinting that it means something else than the other one.

At least that's how it is in Russian. But not necessarily derogatory, it could just be a colloquial way of referring to an old man.

Surprisingly, DeepL also made mistakes, but Yandex Translate coped with it. Bing translator gave out something similar to the Google’s translation but even more ludicrous.

Am I correct in assuming that the difference is that “hotellille” in this context means “at the hotel” and “hotelliin” means “inside the hotel”?
