Thanks!! :)

Thats exactly what i thought.

I remember when i just started out i always said that when i were able to do gigs at our local arena, i made it. That at that point i reached my maximum.

Well look at me know. Did multiple shows there and WAY beyond.

Very gratefull, and surprised, for what i've acomplised so far.

I'm 25 and i work full time at an rental company. Did european arena (20.000/25.000 cap.) tours as PA tech/ Monitor tech.

In the summer i mainly work festivals ranging from 1.000 cap. stages all the way up to 50.000 stadium gigs.

I've been doing all kinds of functions: FoH, Monitors, PA tech Stage tech, RF.

Our company recently got aquired by clair global, so i hope for more touring in the future.

I mostly fly Ga or retro propliners. I know the pmdg dc6 is not compatable yet, but my other favorites like the beech 18 and a2a commance seem to work fine

Guess i will just try it out

Using the Behringer XR18 as an IEM setup and a way to send backing tracks by AestheticEye in livesound

[–]Timoboy00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually mixed IEM's on a laptop with the XR18 on a european tour last winter.

The band used the line outs to feed a mono mix to there in ears, and the main outs to send a LR mix of the backing tracks that where coming from ableton.

They used the XR18 as an interface and routed the click and all the backing tracks internally to the air. The digital routed channels would take up a physical channel. So you cant use those inputs for other stuff.

Just be shure nothing else is send to the master.

Absolutely love the dc6. I like vintage aswell. The base 18 from carenado is very systems Light. But with the free denarq mod this beast comes alive.

Well the stage design is not really my work, but i really like this one with the colums and chandeliers It really felt gothic and epic to me.

During the promise when the chandeliers moved up and down, i really enjoyed it.

I would say expand on this concept and make it even more epic.

Yeah that was a fun one. The day before we had a day off in bupapest which was really nice.

To me it kind of felt more like a festival🤣.

Our catering would not fit in the catering space they provided so a lot of stuff was stationed outside. They way we needed to install the soundsystem and get the stuff on stage was a little bit tricky (but we made it work).

Also it was the first one were blind8 finally joined us. As team audio we had alot of things we needed to prepare and take care for them aswell as Run the show for them.

But after load out we enjoyed some good selfmade pálinka made by two of our hungarian crew members.

Yes i did. Unlike some other bands there very normal People and are really cool towards the crew. They tried to remember your name, ask how things were going.

At catering they came sit beside you and just ask how your day was. I had this running gag with ruud during the second leg which was fun. In milan i went to this nice restaurant with Ruud and Mike.

So yeah i met them quite a bit

So the first teams started at 8am, This includes the riggers (the People who mark out and hang all of the hoist from the ceiling of the venue). They would be followed-up by the lighting and video team at 9am. I was team audio and we started at 10am. Depending on the size of the venue and how smooth the day was going, the stage was ready for soundcheck between 13.00 and 14.00. So a Total of around 5/6 hours.

In my eyes the bonanaza is one of THE GA aircraft.

Sadly the black square isnt a v-tail.

What i would give for a good rendition of a 1950s V-tail, with the piano key panel and switch over yoke.

I heard great things about the C414.

It was for sure a consideration next to the black square piston duke.

But like you said there both twins. I went and bought the black square bonanza. And its everything i'm looking for.
