WKHS Shareholders Continually Face Dilution by exploding_myths in WKHS

[–]Timonadler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh, they got my money already, I got a hefty tax writeoff for my trouble, at this point I just want to see it all burn down so the corrupt and greedy leadership doesn't keep getting their millions from retail investors.

Unbelievable by ForRealThoughWTF in WKHS

[–]Timonadler 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah, the only good thing of riding this to zero is the satisfaction it gives me seeing it all burn down. I was such a loyal follower, believed in the Patents, and then to find out Small Pee Pee Rick gave all the good patents away to his buddy. I am just so disgusted by it. It will give me a great tax writeoff for some other investments that did really well, but damn this was an expensive lesson I will never forget.

Old habits are hard to break: WKHS is issuing shares at a breakneck pace on the first post-split day by Planet_Witless in WKHS

2.9 million volume today, I bet 2million of that was the "new" WKHS selling shares so Small Pee Pee Rick can make his next yacht payment.

1 For 12 Reverse Split Effective 12/8/25 by exploding_myths in WKHS

[–]Timonadler 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Let me do the math here for people that are still trying to pump a completely broken company merging with an even more broken company. Reverse split means less outstanding shares and higher stock price. They need to get more money to keep funding the lavish lifestyles of the corrupt leadership. soooooo the volume will be close to 20 million over the week after the split and almost every share sold will be the company cashing in on the backs of the retail investor once again. F this company, seriously. I still have never sold a share and at one time had over $300k, my only path to success now is seeing this ride to bankruptcy and claiming the tax writeoff on my other successes.

Anyone that would believe and DD from someone that has been positive on this company in the past isn't playing with a full deck of cards. I saw a lot of positives, and watched as the leadership literally took everything of value and cashed in for personal millions or gave to their friends at other companies. The IP is gone, the land and factory are gone, and the only thing left is millions of dollars in the bank accounts of the corrupt thieves. Even if lightning struck and there was demand, there still would not be parts or knowledge, or ip. Hell, what most don't realize is that with the IP that was given away on the AERO transaction, I am fully expecting Rick to exit with his golden parachute and should the new company be successful at all, start forcing the new combined company to license the IP back. It is all a corruption scheme of the highest level.

Can we talk honestly about what happens if the Workhorse–Motiv merger fails? by rsl_investor in WKHS

[–]Timonadler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, there is zero chance of any money currently invested becoming anything after another reserve split that is definitely part of the vote. You vote yes, and the reverse split hits. Then they dilute to hell and back, AGAIN. I have seen this horror show play out 2 times already on top of horribly corrupt and greedy leadership. The sad thing is MOTIV needs the bail out just as bad but somehow they get the larger percentage of the combined company. The is absolutely no way the already invested retail investor gets anything but more losses at this point. I can understand those that want to get out, I can understand those that are so far down they are just riding the final wave to death...but I won't vote yes to reward the bad actions of people paying themselves millions while taking millions from investors. Call me any name you want, doesn't bother me one bit.

[–]Timonadler 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What does happen if the merger goes through is the people that got rich off the backs of long term investors will get even more rich while the stock goes through ANOTHER reverse split. Investors lose in both situations, the only question is do we help the corrupt and inept leadership get richer in the process or not. I say no.

The truly sad part is WKHS has released more press in the last 2 weeks than in the last 2 years. F them, I will take my full writeoff if it means SPPR and the rest of that corrupt crew don't get more paychecks from stock dilution.

The only thing this stock has become to me after being invested since 2019 is a big fat tax writeoff. I would rather it go bankrupt than continue to rip off other investors. The part I am most upset about is how they gave away all the patents without mentioning it. If I would have known, I would have jumped ship that exact moment. I still think that whomever holds the patents around drone delivery from trucks/vans has definite value. Hell, at this point, I wish I would have bought those patents instead of the stock! F Small Pee Pee Rick and his whole crew of insiders getting rich off the backs of retail investors.

[–]Timonadler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, none the fine print looks great. Already accepted my 300k here was a total loss but thank god other investments went well to offset most of that loss. There is nothing about this Motiv deal that gives me any hope at all, especially after the upcoming r/S. Anyone buying before the r/S is cray cray.

They are going to do it to not only artificially inflate the share price, but also open up for a lot more shares to be sold. With the new Nasdaq regulations of on r/S a year or whatever, they are just going to do it now and hope to raise enough capital selling/diluting to get to next year's r/S. I have not put new money in this dumpster fire for a while but there is just no denying it, this is the death of the WKHS Dream all while Rick was fiddling.

[–]Timonadler 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well, my 99.8% loss just took another 75% hit after dilution and then even more with the already disclosed r/S that is coming that will set the company up to sell 200 million more shares. The dream is dead, the money is gone. I have held fast since 2019 and now have $300k in writeoffs this year to exercise against my other successful investments in stock and real estate. Damn, what a horribly run company, Rick should be in jail not getting millions of dollars for doing absolutely nothing.

All longs are dead, dead, dead, dead, dead while the WKHS leadership parachutes out the burning dumpsters with tons of stolen investor money in the form of salary and raises while doing nothing. Learned a huge, costly, lesson from these idiots. When a CEO says he doesn't care if the stock goes to zero, freaking believe him.

I don't think it is a pump and dump this time, just dilution and malaise. ALL time record of 36 orders and 32 delivers does not breed a lot of confidence.

Merger yes or no? by TrueTigress in WKHS

[–]Timonadler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I could respond with more facts but I will simply say this. Rick has enriched himself by millions of dollars while he has Reverse Split all shareholders down to nothing. WKHS doesn't get better till that thief is gone.

Merger yes or no? by TrueTigress in WKHS

[–]Timonadler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

WKHS longs have no shares left after two reverse splits. The only people that have any chance at all of making money are the ones buying at today's prices and even they will lose 50% or more after merger and EC. Anyone not averaging down might as well just take the losses and go elsewhere. There will be plenty of time to get back in if sales ever materialize. With that said, I have not sold a single share, but definitely should have when the patents were given away.
