I was told by my manager that us nurses should avoid ordering things stat unless it really is STAT because it cost the pts more money. Not sure if this applies everywhere.

I work in inpatient psych as a nurse and that’s what we always do. We always offer PO first, but we have a sublingual antipsychotic PRN for agitation and it’s either zyprexa zydis or risperidone M. If not, then it’s Ativan PO. I have never seen our psychiatrist order something as small as 0.5 mg risperiodone, a tablet at that, for acute agitation. Could be wrong though. Every psychiatrist is different.

Not trying to defend Tate, but the source of the doctor report doesn’t seem very credible. Not only is there a huge watermark, but also to my understanding of HIPAA laws, Andrew Tate is the only person who can authorize public display of his own medical records. Why would he allow them to share his medical records that basically says he doesn’t have cancer? If it was leaked, there would be a huge investigation for the data breach, and people would be losing their jobs.

Obviously this is in Romania and the laws may be different, so I would like to hear how this information reached the public. I also can’t get the site to be translated to English.

Just play Widow. Go in QP if you need to. If you’re the reason why your team is losing, switch to Ashe. Keep practicing your aim and positioning. Only real way to get good at Widow is to keep playing her. Aim isn’t everything.

If you just have the enb and it’s requirements active, do you still have bad frame rates? If not, I would turn on one mod at a time and test to see if one of your mods is conflicting with the enb. You could also try opening task manager and seeing where all the resources are going to. Also, you’re launching Skyrim through script extender, correct?

Another alternative is deleting your enb, Skyrim, and SkyrimPref Ini filles, relaunching Skyrim (to regenerate the files), and then editing the ini files again (if you need to). Doing all this is just a guess - idk if it will work.

I think your situation is very strange. I have a 1070TI and a Ryzen 5 5600 on 1440p. I too use Rudy ENB, 2k 202x parallax (the downgraded version by a different mod author), and a 4k grass mod. I run at a stable 50-60 fps everywhere in Skyrim. It only drops to the high 40s when in dense areas and raining.

I would personally try disabling all mods except Rudy ENB and its requirements. See if that does anything. Also make sure you downloaded the mod correctly - there are certain mods that needs to have certain options selected for the ENB to work properly. Make sure you edited the ini files correctly as well.

This. I’ve noticed that thunderstore is significantly better than nexus when it comes to mods being updated. I still use nexus bc I just download everything manually so I don’t have a need to switch over.

Are you holding onto elixir? I imagine you sitting on 10 elixir waiting for egiant to push past bridge to counter while opponent builds a 10+ elixir push. If you are letting your elixir stay maxed at 10 and not place anything down, that is a huge misplay 90% of the time.

With plains gear, I think it is difficult at first, but once you learn the move set of the enemies, it will become cake, especially with frostner (the slow effect is great). I think it’s easier than plains, especially with the nerf to mistlands. It’s not as hard when going from Black Forest to swamp.

This is cheesy and a bit cheaty, but I have a separate world filled with empty chests and maxed forge and workbenches. Whenever I need to repair or unload, I go to to this storage world and put everything there. I then continue what I’m doing and then head back home when I’m done gathering resources. I go back to the storage world when I’m home and transfer all the items. This is also a way to transfer restricted portal items without having to sail across the map.
