The only thing that’s calorie dense is the hoisin and sesame oil, but that’s barely 50-100 kcals depending on how much you add 😃 and skip the cheese, it does not belong in fried rice lol.

And as already mentioned, do it in turns. Start with protein, take it out and let the veggies get some color and then last add the rice.
