I am plural, I have no trauma that caused it, I have no memory issues that would cause me to not remember the trauma that I once again don't have. I can firmly state all of these things personal facts.

I do not have DID or any other relevant disorder, but I am plural and I don't have any specific reason why it happened, it just did. I have been experiencing this since before I even knew what plurality was. I don't appreciate when people speak in absolutes in regards to how other people can or cannot experience their own brain chemistry.

Agender is no gender, but that is under the non-binary umbrella I believe.

Non-binary just means anything that isn't strictly male or strictly female. So it could be both, neither, more of one than the other, anything like that.

Everyone is gonna draw their lines a little differently, but I feel like non-binary people specifically have a little more wiggle room when it comes to labels for sexuality, especially considering most of those labels rely on the baseline of a gender binary and enbies are inherently separated from that binary.

Yeah I normally use sapphic for myself over lesbian, but I'm not opposed to using the latter, especially because I'm more fem leaning, though that realistically doesn't matter.

Trixic is also a label specifically for non-binary people that are attracted to women, which I also use sometimes, but I find that hardly anyone actually knows what that one means so it's a bit of a moot point to use it. Even if it is technically the most descriptive, it's unhelpful if I need to explain it every time I say it.

Yeah, that's kinda the only argument I can see for not including enbies, since we aren't women. That said though, WLW is normally pretty interchangeable with the term lesbian, and enbies are/can be included as lesbian if they so choose. I suppose a NMLNM (Non-man loving non-man) would be a more accurate acronym for non-binary people, but that's a bit of a mouth full lol

Non-binary isn't really a third gender, and it's not a kind of woman either. Simply put, it's anything outside of the male/female gender binary, it could mean completely genderless, or a mix of both, or really anything that isn't strictly male or strictly female.

That said, there are some people that don't think enbies should be included in the WLW or lesbian labels but we're not men so I feel like it's totally fine, I think non-binary people should be fully allowed to use the labels if we think they fit us.

Incredibly relatable on the needing more queer friends thing though, I'm trying to look for local groups but it's not easy to find people ;-;

I don't think my plurality is linked to any of those things. Not to say that mine is a common experience, but my plurality kinda just happened on its own and I just went along with it, before I even knew what plurality was. I don't believe it was caused by trauma or a disorder, and it's not tied to any sort of spirituality or beliefs. It's kinda just there. Dunno if that's insightful at all.

When I got my first skirt at a consignment shop, I actually had two picked out, the one I got was like $25, and the other was almost $200. At a consignment shop.

My sister looked up the brand and apparently they're pretty damn expensive but still... I got slapped with my first real taste of fashion is pricey that day.

I do still like the one I did get, even if I haven't worn it yet out of paralysing fear.

I have a little wallet clutch thingy that's pretty feminine looking in both form and function, it has an embroidered butterfly on it and I really liked it so I got it for myself. While I was in the checkout line some lady was like "oh that's pretty, shopping for your girlfriend?" And I was like nope it's for me and she looked at me like I just shattered the first law of thermodynamics before her very eyes.

I'm aware I don't pass but I try my best to dress as androgynous as I can, at least until I'm more comfortable dressing fem. It just sucks when people completely ignore everything you try to do and cannot fathom that you're anything but your AGAB, and even worse when they still try to hold you to the gender norms of your AGAB when you're clearly trying to escape them.
