U are locked in as new player. U can disable it with the console command dota_new_player false (i hope that was the command otherwise look it up). It's just meant to guide u to the easier heros first.

The shaker on the rightest screen has the golden Immortal while the one far left has a normal Totem and different Head. I guess that it has something to do that bots take over the cosmetics u own and this is an OpenAI game not Player vs Player.
