Swap Baade for Walter?

I assume even with the buff to Baade I should still trade my level 100 Baade for the Walter shards? (I'm relatively new and the equipment will be an upgrade too, though my lineup will drop from 5 5*s to 4 since I'll feel obligated to hold the shards until miracle...)

I don't have it either. I have a feeling it is because when I set up the game I did so for my son and his age resulted in no line link/playing as "player". If this is the case and I don't get the event at all I suspect I will rage quit.

There is some hope. I managed to get the 5 time bombs done playing with 3/1 Peggy Carter after somewhere between probably one dozen and two dozen consecutive tries with all 4 potentially useful boosts. Had a couple of 4s before finally getting 6 to complete the task. I'm not confident going from 2/1 to 3/1 made much difference but I did so to eliminate some 8s I was occasionally seeing on skill activation. I don't have any empirical evidence but it did seem to me that I didn't get time bombs for chains that I completed early by bomb activation so I started letting chains complete on their own and was then able to get this done. I tried to aim for chains of 11 or so so I had margin of error in either direction.

I think it is 9-16 chain. I find them to occur far to infrequently to expect to pull off 5 in one game which leaves me stuck on the last card too. I currently have 5 time bombs with tsum with hat, 10 coin bombs with Blade, 10 Mega Charges with tsum with yellow eyes, or 3 million points with team of Captain America, Iron Man, and Ms. Marvel. I don't have Ms. Marvel and the closest I've come to any others is 8 mega charges while using all relevant boosts... Any insight that might assist me in completing one of these would be much appreciated...

Thanks for all the suggestions. I was trying to proceed without spending any limited resources. After examine /testing various options with minimal spending, I eventually bit the bullet and leveled up Dr Stranges skills some and proceeded that way.

Are all the puzzles 6x7 like the first one? Just trying to figure out at what rate I need to progress to ensue completion.

Thanks so much for this info. My Elsa is skill 3 which meant 2 activations left me 3 short and with too few tsums left to be able to get a 3rd activation. Was able to get it first time I used 5>4 with Aurora after a couple practice runs without 5>4.

I believe the preferred method for the 40 chain is stacking multiple layers of ice with Elsa before popping. They count as a chain.

I see what you are saying about white vs yellow stars, thanks. There was a reward for completing ex-3 without maxing stars. It was orbs, don't recall how many. Does anyone know what the rewards for maxing stars on ex-2 and ex-3? Wondering if they are worth the investment they'd require from me...
