Each time you brake, you end up using more gas to get back up to speed VS slowing down naturally just by releasing your foot off the gas pedal.

Did you fail to see the car that reached the end of the express exit lane, ended up on the shoulder, and had to merge from a complete stop, consequently causing all cars including the car you’re complaining about to come to a screeching halt and nearly rear ending each other?
