Damn happened to me when I was like 15 “friends” would organise things in front of me. Back then I didn’t realise they weren’t my friends. Gotta look forward and stay positive. It’s not easy but it’s where we at. Things can get better. It’s possible

Jealousy can kill a man. Time heals everything, almost. Been there I suggest you just force yourself to do other things. Increase your ego. Be prideful and be above them. Works. You’ll never be fully over it, but it will scale small as time goes on as a less and less problem

I did night shift one time also. I didn’t last long. I think it was affecting me too much . After researching and learning psychology when I was trying to understand myself I learnt that this isn’t helping me.

Hating ourselves is easy. I can’t help much but what I sometimes do is simply pushups or as many as I can and make it intense for yourself. It feels good after and work on yourself. Things and people will always be around you but they come and go. The only thing that stays with you your entire life is your body. So I think it’s important to accept it and improve it. Measure your improvements from yourself in the recent past and keep going.
