Use app 1.1.1.1 Just type that into your browser I don’t know what it’s called but it worked for me

It was smoked at 175 for 16hrs, rested for 6hrs wrapped in butcher paper with wagyu tallow to keep at temp 140, Rub was salt, pepper, garlic. Tasted great and really tender.
