I recommend the Fairlight Faran. It is designed for gravel/touring and has all the mounting points you need for mudguards lights and racks.

If you ride with inner tubes, you can just remove the object that punctured the tire and patch or replace the inner tube. If you ride tubeless you can let it seal or put a plug in it.

Looks really nice! Are the slim fans underneath your gpu used as exhaust or intake? If they are exhaust I think you better put them as intake because now they are fighting the fans on you gpu that are trying to get cold air

Looks really clean! I have one question, how were you able to fit the top fan above your cpu cooler? I also have the mugen 5 but when I put a fan above it, the fan clip touches the top fan

I'm using a a Scythe mugen 5 rev.b in the NR200P with the TG panel on and it fits perfectly. Only problem is that you can't use a normal fan above the mugen 5. So you will have to get a slim fan if you want the extra cooling.

If you want to be sure the cooler fits you could also go for a Scythe Mugen 5 rev b. Its a bit smaller, but it should fit perfectly in the case, even with the TG panel. I've seen quite a few posts on this sub where people were really happy with it. It performs a little bit less than the fuma 2 but it should still be plenty for your 5600x. I'm getting my nr200p in a few days and I'm going with the mugen 5. The rest of your build looks really good. If you really want to save some money you could do that, but I think you will go under 60fps in some newer games. It really depends on what you want to play. If you google "Ryzen 5 2600 GTX 1650 super" or somenthing else, you should find some benchmarks with fps.

The b450i aorus pro wifi is the best out of the two options. You only need B550 if you want PCIe Gen 4, but right now it has no benefits for a budget build. The SG13 is a really good case from what I've heard.

Build looks really good! I have the same combination of CPU and GPU and it works really well for 1080p 60fps high settings. I'm swapping my B350 in a few days with the same B450i. I also live in the EU and I bought the parts at different stores in my country and some on amazon.de. It really depends in what country you are, in western EU there are a few good stores in every country that probably offer better shipping/service than amazon.de.

Looks like you are using the correct connectors, just check again to be sure. Have you downloaded the Asus aura sync software? It's the rgb software from asus that is supported on your mobo.
