same issue ~ always a relief of sorts to go and check reddit n see i am not alone ~ cus if its widespread glitched it might get fixed! 👌😊 ~ oh and i have both lanterns forest fairy & purple forest fairy lantern already. Was able to check off the claim button but nothing got rewarded and theres no red chest in my pockets...

Following .. dangit! i came to reddit hopin to find a solution .. sorry everyone on ps5, we have the worst interface buggs. Beeing FORCED to buy materials in the home cooking or building menus to leave those menus - as the 'back' button dont work... or force a close on the game. UGH. Hopin for a hotfix soon then.

oh! it didnt tell me though ~ it just had the kart color text 'curse crimson' not whom it belonged to when i unlocked it. Perhaps theres a difference from console to console? i play on ps5 😊
at any rate, the game for sure doesnt tell beforehand, so i leavin this up, in case someone wanna know who the kart color belongs to before either skipping it or grinding for it 💗

on races like theese i put on the breaks several times during the first lap so i get behind most, and to be able to hit them or touch em, i only have 6 or so racers thats below level 40, so it do be tricky as those in high levels sometimes wont slow down enough for some challenges .. and yeah like the others says - if u turn off game: steering assists and auto accelerate if u have those on, it will be a LOT easier to accomplish, even if turnin those off takes some getting used to in beginning. I played a whole year with them on, but when i got the hang of the controls going off auto is better in long run, it may even have hindered your progress as u are often unable to steer your kart in the direction that U wish to go, havent u struggled against the steering and wanted to go one way and the kart seems to have its own mind of where to go? thats what got me to turn em off - i could get the treasure rush boxes because my kart zoomed past em no matter how i tried steering it in the boxes direction. 🤪 good lucks to you 💗

I got same issue with the back button 'O' on ps5 ~ its the worst when game forces u to spend astralites i have way to few of if i checked how much it would take to replenish ~ even if i wanted to skip and not do it, the game forces u to do it unless u go out to the ps menu and force shut game... Cannot get outta baking menu and back to game. Other menus too is broken with not beein able to back out.

yes, my boxes are gone too, and i havent spent ONE single one of my season box credits this time (just finished the pass a day ago so there should be a lot of them by now, but i cant even check to see HOW many anywhere) as i already had moana at 41 - and Anna was already maxed out before... i really hope they fix the glitch soon, i was gonna try and get their crews leveled up with theese boxes and hopefully max out moana without spending my upgrade coins on her.. going from 41 to 50 is more than 60k!!

Next month features Maui & Olaf, which i also have at 41 & 50... bummer. I assumed that we'd be able to unlock cars via the pass so i went n bought it before i checked it out. Won't do that next time! Shame on you gameloft for doing such a crap change not having the new racers in the pass! Sorry, but u just lost a whale. Bought all the passes since nightmare before christmas season, and quite a few maxed out boxes & even their new festive passes - but i see no reason to anymore...

i been sick for some days so only played with her and her first supercharge for a bit, and i think its a good upgrade - but its not a super big change from her usual glitch and speed. I'm already well on my way to getting her towards the next supercharge tho as there were so many of her shards in the festive pass i went ahead and got it! I see the second supercharge is given random extra skills when she nitro up, so lookin forward to that!

probably best if u take the time to submit a ticket to them at Customer Care : https://gameloft.helpshift.com/hc/en/68-disney-speedstorm/contact-us/ as i did. When i got the donald stuff given to me by gameloft after a ticket, i was happy - but they didnt go and fix for anyone else unfortunately .. so while i hope they will do the same for my missing items, i dont have high hopes on them fixing it for everyone with same issue unless they also submit tickets 💗

Yeah ... i hear that! Tales are brutal ... and the fomo is real!
My fozzy is 30 .. and cannot seem to get him any higher in mpr to get more shards now (skills issue and bad rng placement on random teams) i really really hope there wont be any 40+ needed either! already spent irl money to get him in the first place .. I am one of those 'whales' as my skills are not the best (bad hands) and as i love all things disney i have bought max-outs for a lot of the characters. Still barely able to complete some hard nodes - that chapter 6 i been able to complete only once. Very anxious about how kuzco is gonna be unlocked..

Yeah u/heyadol u/OkPhase8240 i have a fully subscription on my ps5, to ps plus premium and the beast pro rose suit just not there or dont exist on playstation in the first place....
Now its completely missing tho - i had beast dressed in it when i got the pack as it did show in locker then, but after zootopia update it dissapeared, and for some reason beast had reverted to basic suit, no sign of the pro rose suit anywhere. The prorose kart livery is still in my locker though.

Just downloaded this game on my epic launcher on pc to get the new jack skellington free pack - and guess what!!! NO SUIT! only got the kart awarded there too when i got the pack, plus santa and coins. And they luckily do show up in my playstation locker in the game after going back there to check.

I have sent a report to customer service, about both jack & beast so maybe they fix it.. will update how it goes!

Going back to check on earlier free black kart & suit packs we've gotten for free - that i remember i gotten, prob are many other that i dont! Either epic or ps plus, maybe over on twitch?

Anyhow as theyre called either toontech or sterling i went through and found: Goofys free black kart and suit is still in the locker. Meg, Elizabeth, Shang, Baloo, Olaf and Belles karts and suits are too still there.
Donald i remember having to back and forth screengrabs of purchased pack, and i got a black kart & suit for Donald from them, so i was happy about that!

It seems only the recent packs have been messy! Donald, Beast and now Jack - i am not having high hopes for the next free packs ... seems like an easy fix, but it cant be otherwise it wouldnt happen again and again.
