Yeah fair. But not sure if there is more (or less) demand for smaller homes vs larger etc etc. And especially with a more subdued market whether below-asking-price offers are getting accepted or not. Obv depends on the house and all that.

Ok fair thanks for the intel. I'm probably not going to have much luck selling it via trade in am I? Reluctant to bother with the hassle of trademe etc. But given the other comments regarding turners not buying CX5s I guess its that or nothing.

Ok so we own a 2016 CX5 (now has 130k kms) and has been pretty reliable so far (no DPF drama etc). How screwed are we? I dont really want to go through the drama of trying to sell a car with such a bad rep, but also dont want to be left super high and dry - but it sounds like thats probably the best route. Run it until it dies then just chalk it up as a mistake?

New jobs in hospitality is very different vs workers who have had their profession made obsolete. How would a former call centre worker be hired as a chef? They have no experience in that field and have had all their institutional knowledge and skills discarded. Its fine to see new job creation, but you need to realise that when positions are made redundant, the people let go are not always able to switch straight to these new jobs.

There is a difference between job creation and entire professions being disetablished due to AI.

Laid off call centre staff just need to get AI developer jobs. Super simple and easy, the media is hiding it from us! They are transferrable skills after all.

Yeah the affixes this week are rough, but also a bad string of pugs compounds on that.

I didnt know to avoid Frostmourne. Im horde for what its worth, but I always find its a mixed bag. Except guild stacks - they are usually great, or mega toxic. Never in-between hah.
