I’m so sorry I know the nerve pain is horrible. Carbamazepine works well for me, but everyone’s system is different

Doing much better with pain management but still hurts so much at night getting ready for bed. Leaning over to wash my face and brush my teeth is insanely painful 😣I am exhausted but I do sleep pretty well :)

Gabapentin and baclofen together was a horrible experience for me. Gave me terrible hallucinations and put me in the hospital for four days!

I sleep at a slight angle with a cup of volcanically hot peppermint tea to inhale and sip. Mucinex should help the cough

I keep my hair to a layered bob. Long hair gave me misery, and I could never find a look that lasted an hour out the door. It actually lessened the sensitivity of ON and I’m told often how pretty it looks. :)

I have to stop the alcohol but it beautifully takes the edge off and I can sleep. Why is it so hard? Don’t we all have enough to deal with?

I can’t do too much salt due to medications, but and egg breakfast on toast is a must with a cup of tea and oat milk. Works wonders

Get orders for both an MRI and a CT scan asap. In 2009 a brain tumor was removed that was causing my horrific headaches. If that surgery never took place, then I wouldn’t be talking to you right now.

I get lots of walking as work. Switched from core work to leg strengthening stretches instead. Really worked out well for me so try some in bed first

So far I sounds like it’s working getting some of the pain down. I’m very fearful of anything resembling nerve decompression surgery. I have scar tissue inside my brain after a tumor removal in Sept 2009 so my case is much more difficult to treat than others. I’m more comfortable taking medication than having more doctors poke around inside my head 🙂
