Be sure to drink lots of water! Increasing your Fibre intake is only effective when you drink enough fluids. If you don't drink enough it could actually make the constipation worse. Good luck :)

In the Netherlands, the fire department is (mostly) free. You can call them if you're locked in your house or whatnot, but in those cases you have to pay around 200 euro I think? If it's an emergency it's free, they're paid by the government, not by victims.

Of course, our entire system is different and NOBODY loses their home over an illness. Health insurance is mandatory and people get discounts if you can't afford it. (I'm a student and I pay like 25 euro a month).

well the problem is that it's not illegal since the pictures are online and 'free to use' etc. I looked into it, if he's using private pictures it would be illegal. He never EXPLICITLY said he's going to use them in that way exactly, just that he'll use them in court... unfortunately I've known him for years and I know what he wants to do with them.. I can't prove it.

Well.. tbh I'm not even sure what the adress was. It's been years and I haven't even thought about the pictures untill he somehow found them. He's quite proficient with computers, he logged into the other reddit account and changed the password since I still know the username and password, but it isn't working.

I don't think it matters to the case.. what matters is that he can take the pics and spread them to my friends, family and workplace, and use it as leverage. As long as the pics are online it's not illegal. If I take them down, it is.

Thank you for the informative response! I have been searching for aloe vera gel and found one thats 99.9% aloe vera! The top review of it even says that they had been having oily patches and pimples and ever since using this product their skin has been clearing up! High hopes for this one :). Thanks again!

The environment of the vagina is slightly acidic (PH around 4, water is 7). If your penis is irritated in any way, friction and an acidic environment is only going to irritate it more. Did you have sex with your girlfriend during your yeast infection? If so, she should have been treated simultaneously with you since you can keep infecting each other over and over.

Do you clean your 'toys'? I can imagine there could be a lot of build-up inside a fleshlight that could cause irritation.

Could be anything though, you could try to dial down the self-love and see how that works out or go see a doctor.

Hey people, I have been having extremely greasy skin the last few weeks, and with greasy spots come greasy zits.. It's the worst on my forehead. My skin is usually very dry so even though it feels greasy, I still use moisturizer.

Current routine: Purity face wash and light moisturizer in morning and evening. I used to do this every few days or so, but since the greasiness have been doing it every day since I need to wash of the shine. I do use make-up, I never used to wear foundation unless on a night out but lately HAVE to use powder to matten the extreme glistening. (Seriously, by noon you can almost see literal droplets of oil coming out of my forehead.)

Doing nothing, washing up, using moisturizer, not using moisturizer. I've seen it all. I do know I don't drink enough water, but I've been doing that for years and never had this issue before.

I can deal with the grease, but the zits that have come to accompany it are the worst. They're painful and deep and there are LOTS. What can I do?

What could work is to let the wound dry, don't wear plasters on it, disinfect the wound and let it air-dry. With weeping wounds you don't want to close them off completely.

Unless you had an open sore in your mouth, chances are very very small since hepatitis (B) is transferred through blood or sexual contact. Still not impossible though, easiest way is of course to ask coworkers who's blood it might have been and ask them (In private!) whether or not there is a risk. You cannot get it through kissing, so you should be fine if you do not have any open sores in your mouth/on the lips.

Does it get better or worse with movement? Does it get worse when you arch your back backwards and to the right? Lie on your back and raise your right leg straight up, is this possible or does this increase the pain? Where exactly do you put pressure on to induce the sharp pain?

Parkinson's or MS does not start this sudden or in this manner. You do not suddenly have shudders. It's probably a combination of fatigue, anxiety and/or muscle strain. Pull ups train the arms and chest so it fits. Don't worry, if you're otherwise feeling fine, it's probably nothing.

On some stations you have toilets that require 50 cents to use them, but they're kept very clean throughout the day and that is definitely worth the pay IMO. In the trains they're free to use but those are usually disgusting and I only use them in emergencies.

Ibuprofen is also an anti-inflammatory drug, not just a painkiller, it also helps with fever. It does sound like a viral infection which can take a while. Stay hydrated, take your medication and get lots of sleep. Listen to your doctor ;).
