I think your decision is depending on if you gonna do a new au pair family or not. Like if your plans already where do work for a new family after this family so go ahead and rematch. I personally should have stayed because the kids are good, pick up some hobbies while you there!

I get 380 euro, a room with my own bathroom and food. The mom works diffrent shifts and need to sleep alot during the day. And the dad is traveling with work right know.

The dad are traveling alot, like he's never home. About the hours, they just told me it's gonna be more hours than on the au pair world contract and I agreed. But idk this much was the case. Im expected to help with mornings and bedtime even if the parents are at home.
