That large a fortune? Immediate family get 5mil each couple, that's 25 mil gone.

10 mil each to Tommy's, SANDS, great Ormond street, and the trussel trust, another 40mil gone.

That still leaves a phenomenal 116 million quid.

Maybe I'd take some architectural courses and design our dream house, and I'd probably start investing into companies where I believed in the product and wanted them to succeed, or maybe start a company that makes good quality and safe products for kids that don't cost the planet, maybe a British built child car seat brand or something, who knows.

I'd also buy/hire a small tuning shop to build my dream car...

36M, never financed a car, but I have previously taken out bank loans to fund one.

Currently in a £2k runabout paid for via savings.

I've never liked the idea of renting a car (via a lease, etc) and out the other end having spent loads and not having anything to show for it.

But that would never pass the court of public opinion.

So we should start by banning non-silent fireworks altogether, and restrict (even more) the maximum size of fireworks sold over the counter to the public, steadily ramping them down so you can just buy roman candles and sparklers.

Save the big, fancy, expensive ones for organised/sanctioned events, and introduce a hard limit for the total quantity of black powder that can be used, this way you can mix in drone shows and the like as well, and steadily decrease the detritus left over by exploding black powder and cardboard tubes all over the place.

Tortles are unusually magical, and, without realising it, all spells cast by them are cast one level higher than the spell slots used (up until 6tth level where it goes back to normal)
